1. Do you have a minimum order for t-shirts?

   • Our minimum order for screen printing is 24 garments.

2. How quickly can I get my order?

   • Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days. However, if you have an event that requires a shorter turnaround time, let us know and we’ll do our best to work within your time frame.

3. What are your pricing breaks?

   • We have multiple price breaks available depending on what you are looking to get. It is more economical to order larger quantities but there is pricing available for smaller quantities.

4. Do you guys only screen print t-shirts?

   • There are endless opportunities when it comes to screen printing. We’ve been known to print on everything from boxes to tote bags, but we most commonly print on shirts, hoodies, & sweatshirts.

5. Can you guys help us with fundraisers?

   • We love partnering with organizations to help with fundraisers. We can set up an online store for people to place their orders and even help you fulfill the orders once the products are ready!

6. Can I pick my order up at the store?

   • Absolutely! You can stop by Red Threads at 16 Public Square W #8, Jacksonville, AL 36265. There’s even a really cool cupcake shop next door.

7. Can my items be shipped to me?

   • Yes! Once your order is ready we can ship via UPS for an additional charge.
